Free registrations available for NSF, NIH and OMB agency updates on Mar. 17

The Research and Sponsored Programs Office (RSP) is offering free logins for three federal agency updates that will take place on March 17. Descriptions following.

Registration is required at a non-UW site. To register for the free extra login, you will need a NCURA profile.  If you do not have a profile, go here first https://www.ncura.edu/Login.aspx to create a free non-member profile account.  Then log in using the registration link for the webinar at https://onlinelearning.ncura.edu/products/extra-login-agency-updates-with-omb-nsf-and-nih. When you register you will receive a confirmation email with your own personal webinar link. RSP will post recordings of the webinars on their website once made available.

10:15 – 11:30 AM – OMB Update with Gilbert Tran

Description: This session will cover new developments related to proposal and award policy at NSF. NSF staff will provide a comprehensive review of recent policy changes as well as major updates to NSF’s proposal system modernization efforts. Participants will learn and be able to ask questions about NSF proposal and award policies and procedures, agency priorities, and advances with proposal submission modernization and Research.gov.

Presenter: Michelle Bulls, Director, Office of Policy for Extramural Research Administration, National Institutes of Health
