Starting this week, Bucky’s Varsity Meats will be open to in-person shoppers on Thursdays and Fridays from 12:00 – 5:00 p.m. The store will continue to offer curbside pickup for online orders Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
“This is another step toward our goal of having the store open five to six days a week, including offering fresh cuts through the full-service butcher case,” says Mitch Monson, retail operations manager. “As customer traffic and sales build, we will start to add days and expand offerings.”

When you stop by the MSABD building, be sure to check out the new history wall displays, which were recently installed in the main lobby area. They showcase highlights from UW–Madison’s meat-related research, instruction, and outreach programs throughout history.
Wondering where to park? Nearby parking is available in the new Linden Drive Ramp (Lot 67), located on the site of the old Vet Med surface lot.
