RecWell hosts free virtual workout for UW community on May 5

Once per month, RecWell is offering a 30-minute virtual workout to help you easily build more movement into your day. Enjoy the free low impact workout!

The next one, scheduled for Wednesday, May 5 from 11:30am-12:00pm, is described as a “Yoga/Functional Strength and Stretch” workout.
