Reminder to complete COVID leave form

After December 31, 2020, employees who are unable to work or telework for COVID 19-related reasons will continue to have a variety of leave options available to them. (Your assigned CALS HR Manager is available to assist with discussing your options). However, you will need to use your own accrued leave during their absences to receive pay.  


Campus has created a new leave request form for use in 2021. The updated form is available for use.
