Becky Eddy, Amanda Gevens honored as Outstanding Women of Wisconsin Agriculture

Earlier this year, the Badger Common’Tater magazine honored Becky Eddy, superintendent of Rhinelander Agricultural Research Station, and Amanda Gevens, chair, professor and extension specialist in the Department of Plant Pathology, by highlighting them in an article titled “Outstanding Women of Wisconsin Agriculture.”

Eddy and Gevens are among five women who were selected for this honor. According to Joe Kertzman, managing editor of the Badger Common’Tater, “[The honoree’s] backgrounds, positions in the agriculture industry, responsibilities and accomplishments are remarkable.”
