Do you need to revitalize your meals? Do you need new recipe ideas? During the “Safer-at-Home” order many of us are home more and making more meals than we have in the past. The CALS Wellness Committee is here to help. A “Shared CALS Wellness Recipes” has been created in Box. This is a great way to share your favorite recipes, yet also get recipes from your CALS peers.
So far, the folders we have are breads, desserts, Dietetics and Nutrition Club lunch and learns, fall foods (apples, squash, pumpkin, etc.), fruits and vegetables, holidays, proteins and main dishes, side dishes, snacks, and soups and salads. We are open to adding other folders if you have suggestions.
