UW Rec Well has recently added new wellness videos on YouTube. They are free and available anytime. There are lots of options, including a 45-minute yoga routine, a 30-minute “unplugged” class (featuring breathing, gentle movement and meditation), a 50-minute Personal Training session, and a 30-minute strength and stretch workout. There are so many videos to chose from which can offer such a variety to your daily workouts.
