CALS welcomed just over 700 new students this fall. Of those, 473 are new freshmen, 83 are transfer students, and 152 are new graduate students.

The Office of the Registrar’s 6th Week Enrollment Report indicates the college has a total of 3,058 undergraduate students. Out of the total, 1933 (63%) are women and 1125 (37%) are men. CALS also has 881 graduate students, split 512 (58%) women and 369 (42%) men.

Undergraduate enrollment at CALS has been dropping since the 2014-2015 academic year, when it reached a peak of 3,653 undergraduate students. Compared to recent years, however, last year’s drop was relatively small (from 3082 undergrads last fall to 3058 undergrads this fall).
