Employee well-being lunch and learn: Living the active life – July 22

A well-being lunch and learn entitled “Living the active life” will take place on Monday, July 22. The presentation will cover the benefits of exercise and describe different facets of physical fitness. Employees will participate in around 10 minutes of cardio and strength activity and five minutes of yoga and stretching as part of the presentation. Participants will learn how to incorporate physical activity into their life and find the motivation they need to do so including how to make a plan and follow through on physical activity goals.
