The Office of Research and Sponsored Programs (RSP) created a website summarizing how the partial government shutdown may impact UW–Madison programs. It includes answers to frequently asked questions about “stop work orders” and specific instructions RSP received from federal agencies.

The site will continue to be updated as more information becomes available from federal agencies. The departments of Defense, Education, Energy, Health and Human Services, Labor and Veterans Affairs already received appropriations and are not subject to the partial shutdown.
