Upcoming employee sessions regarding free tuition programs at UW-Madison – Nov. 13 and 14

The Office of Student Financial Aid, Office of Admissions and Recruitment, and Office of Human Resources/Cultural Linguistic Services will be hosting informational meetings for employees about two financial aid programs that can make a UW-Madison education affordable for their children, nieces and nephews, and others:

  • Bucky’s Tuition Promise, for students with a household adjusted gross income of $56,000 or less
  • Badger Promise, for students who are first-generation college and are transferring from a two-year UW college or technical college

The sessions, scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 13 and Wednesday, Nov. 14, will be offered in English and five other languages. The sessions last an hour, and employees can attend without loss of pay. A late-night session is available for second and third shifts. All interested employees are welcome to attend (even if their children are not yet in high school).
