Community Environmental Forum on what climate change means for Madison – Nov. 14

Join the Nelson Institute on Nov. 14 to discuss how climate change is impacting life in Madison at their Community Environmental Forum, “The New Normal: What Does Climate Change Mean for Madison?” The forum, which is free and open to the public, will feature a panel of speakers ranging from climate change experts to city and county leaders, and presents an opportunity for residents to discuss the challenges climate change has presented as well as what adaptations are needed to increase resiliency in these changing times. Participants will also learn more about renewable energy initiatives, vulnerability assessments and other ways that the city and county are preparing for the future.
