Agronomy professor Randy Jackson will be the featured speaker at Wednesday Nite @ the Lab this week. His talk, titled “What are the bottlenecks of bioenergy?” will address some common questions about second-generation bioenergy production and why we must couple our research-based understanding of bioenergy systems with courageous policy-making if the promise of bioenergy is to be realized.
Jackson’s talk runs 7 – 8:15 p.m. on Wednesday, May 24 in room 1111 of the UW Biotechnology Center. It can also be viewed via live webcam at www.biotech.wisc.edu/webcams.This entry was posted in Bioenergy and Bioproducts, Events and tagged agronomy by Ben. Bookmark the permalink.
