Register now! Digital course evaluation survey sessions

Starting this fall, UW-Madison will begin transitioning to digital course evaluation surveys, with the goal of transitioning all academic departments and programs by the end of 2018.

Based on positive feedback from a pilot study and following an extensive RFP, UW-Madison recently entered into a multi-year partnership with AEFIS LLC (Assessment, Evaluation, Feedback & Intervention System) to provide a suite of digital learning assessment tools, which includes a digital course evaluation survey tool.

The Office of the Provost, in partnership with DoIT Academic Technology, will lead the transition, and provide ongoing consultative support, hands-on training and other resources. The transition is part of a larger campus initiative to build a next-generation student digital ecosystem to enhance university-wide systems that support academic planning and student learning.

You are invited to multiple informational and hands-on training sessions related to this transition the week of October 3.

Public sessions will include an informational brown bag, a demonstration of the new, campus-wide digital evaluation survey tool and hands-on training for new users. Additional training sessions designed for returning users will also be available and communicated separately to those who have already been using the tool.

Schedule of events (all events will be held in Grainger Hall):
-Informational Brown Bag – Monday, Oct. 3, noon – 1:15pm
-Demonstration Session – Tuesday, Oct. 4, 9 – 10am
-New User Training Session – Tuesday, Oct. 4, 10– 11:30am
-New User Training Session – Wednesday, Oct. 5, 11am – 12:30pm
