Mark Johnson, Marianne Smukowski inducted into La Guilde Internationale des Fromagers

Co4Ocf4VMAI-NH_Mark Johnson, a distinguished scientist with the Wisconsin Center for Dairy Research, and Marianne Smukowski, the center’s dairy safety and quality coordinator, were recently inducted into La Guilde Internationale des Fromagers.

According to the guild’s website, the organization has over 6,000 members and is “responsible for promoting women and men working dairy products worldwide, [and] also helps to maintain the know-how, symbol of respect for traditions in a modern world.”
