There is still time to register for Wednesday’s symposium, Exploring Microbiome Opportunities in Life Sciences and Agriculture.
We are looking forward to an exciting day with wonderful and engaging experts including Dr. Jo Handelsman, Associate Director for Science at the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy; Dr. James Prosser, Professor Chair of Molecular and Cell Biology at the University of Aberdeen; and Dr. Federico Rey, an Assistant Professor in the Department of Bacteriology at UW-Madison. A special roundtable discussion featuring program officers from the NIH, NSF and DOE will also be featured. Our hope is that this symposium will serve as a forum for researchers to learn about the microbiome, share ideas, catalyze research, and formulate collaborations.
