Syngenta Agricultural Scholarship applications due May 26

Applications are being accepted now until May 26 for the annual national Syngenta Agricultural Scholarship program, which is available to U.S. land-grant university students currently pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degrees in crop-related disciplines.

Applicants must be U. S. residents enrolled as of Spring 2016 in an accredited agriculture program. Students can apply by submitting a 750- to 1,000-word essay (topic set forth on the Syngenta Agricultural Scholarship web page) for a chance to win part of the $20,000 in available awards. Students enrolled at APLU-member land-grant universities are encouraged to apply (a full list of eligible universities can be found on the scholarship website).
