Clean Wisconsin talk on April 14: Beating the commons tragedy of climate change

CALS faculty, staff and students are invited to attend Clean Wisconsin’s Doug La Follette Environmental Speakers Program on Thursday, April 14. The talk features speaker Bill Snape of American University, Washington College of Law, and Center for Biological Diversity, presenting on the topic “Beating the Commons Tragedy of Climate Change.”

The presentation and discussion will cover how the legal, technical, sociological and economic tools we already have in place can move us past the tragedy of the commons to meaningful action on climate change.
