The WARF Discovery Challenge is open to UW–Madison graduate students and postdoctoral researchers from all departments and fields of study.

Part I: Discovery Challenge Research Symposium – April 6

• Present a poster describing your existing work
• Identify potential cross-disciplinary collaborators
• Compete for one of four cash prizes totaling $2,000

Part II: Discovery Challenge Research Award Competition – Fall 2016

• Compete for a research award of up to $7,500 to fund a cross-disciplinary project
• To be eligible, one team member must attend the April 6 symposium
