The Center for Integrated Agricultural Systems (CIAS) invites collaborators and friends in the CALS community to join them for an evening celebrating Wisconsin’s culinary traditions. The CIAS Harvest Dinner, set for 6 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 21 at the University Club, will feature delicious appetizers and a three-course meal highlighting foods from Wisconsin’s Polish, Native American, Hmong, Norwegian, German and Cornish communities. Presentations by food author Therese Allen and Oneida Nation’s Dan Cornelius about the state’s food heritage will round out the evening.

6-7 p.m.: Reception with appetizers and cash bar
7-9 p.m.: Dinner, dessert and presentations
This event is a benefit for CIAS research and education in sustainable agriculture and food systems.
