Wisconsin Science Festival call for participation
The Wisconsin Science Festival steering committee is currently seeking proposals for engaging activities – including interactive exhibits, hands-on workshops, lectures, demonstrations and conversations with leading researchers and creative thinkers – for the upcoming Wisconsin Science Festival, which will run October 22-25, 2015.
Proposals from around the state are encouraged from colleges, universities, community nonprofits and K–12 schools engaged in the sciences, arts, humanities or creative combinations of any of the three disciplines.
Last year’s festival drew more than 30,000 people from all around Wisconsin and 17 different states. The hope is that this year’s festival will be even bigger, with hundreds of presenters at locations throughout the state.
