O’Connor-Giles awarded McKnight Endowment Fund for Neuroscience

Kate O’Connor-Giles, assistant professor of genetics, has been awarded the McKnight Endowment Fund for Neuroscience for her project “A CRISPR/Cas9 toolkit for comprehensive neural circuit analysis.” Projects are selected for this award based on their potential to expand the range of technologies for studying the brain and its diseases and to make these new technologies available to the field of neuroscience.
