Wildlife Society honors 3 from FWE
The Wisconsin Chapter of The Wildlife Society honored three from the Department of Forest and Wildlife Ecology at its winter meeting:
- Andrew Norton, WE graduate student, was awarded the Aldo Leopold Memorial Scholarship for graduate students. Andrew also was recognized with the Best Graduate Student Paper Presentation honor.
- Tyler Garwood, WE undergraduate student, was awarded the Aldo Leopold Memorial Scholarship for undergraduate students.
- Associate Professor Tim Van Deelen received the WCTWC’s Wisconsin Award. The Wisconsin Award is the “chapter’s highest honor and is awarded annually or when achievements warrant its presentation.”
