The Committee of Academic Staff Issues (CASI) for CALS is requesting nominations for members to serve a three-year term starting in September 2014.

CASI serves as a link between the college’s administration and its academic staff. CASI members review and rank CALS academic staff professional development proposals and nominations for CALS academic staff recognition awards for service, leadership and research, provide feedback to the dean on issues that affect academic staff, and convey information to academic staff about CALS policies and opportunities on interest to them.

Three new members are needed to represent Wards III, IV and VI.  Ward lists are available on the CASI website (www.cals.wisc.edu/casi/).  If you wish to nominate an individual, please contact Pat Flannery (pjflanne@wisc.edu). Feel free to nominate yourself. We will contact individuals who are nominated.  An election will be held for each open seat.
