If the management of agricultural nitrogen interests you, please reserve March 28 for the Wisconsin Nitrogen Science Summit. This day-long event will feature speakers and topics that will address the knowns and unknowns of nitrogen management in Wisconsin’s environment. The focus will be on surface water and groundwater issues, but will also address atmospheric emissions of nitrogen. CALS is convening the in partnership with UW-Extension, Wisconsin DNR, Wisconsin DATCP, USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service, USDA-Agricultural Research Service, and others.
