Position opening in CALS Dean’s office: Academic Planner/Manager

Position Title:

• Bachelor’s degree required in a business or college related discipline
• At least two years experience in a management related role
• At least 2 years of policy analysis and project management experience is required
• Additional skills/abilities specified within the full Position Vacancy Listing

Position Duties:
The individual is responsible for working as part of the Dean’s leadership team, assuming a wide range of responsibilities and tasks regarding various research, instruction, financial, human resources, and management issues. Position responsibilities include management of special projects, initiatives, policy and planning documents, and communications, which would include (but not limited to) collecting, researching, and analyzing information/data concerning research, instruction, budgetary, and academic issues. This individual would also be responsible for the management the CALS Office of the Dean and Director, including leadership and supervision of support staff, oversight of the unit, management of the team, coordination of issues, delegation of responsibilities, and connectedness with other units throughout CALS.
