Submit pre-proposals for Educational Innovation and online summer courses by Oct. 11

Pre-proposals for Educational Innovation and online summer course development funding are  now being accepted. The call for pre-proposals has detailed information and application forms (EI and Summer). Below is a brief description of the submission process and timeline.

Submission Process for both EI Fund and Online Summer Course Development Pre-proposals
Pre-proposals are due Friday, October 11, 2013 to deans/summer deans (in CALS send to and to the Provost’s Office on Monday, October 21, 2013. Pre-proposals should not exceed 3 pages (see attached forms). Selected pre-proposals will be notified on Monday, November 4, 2013 and will be invited to submit a full proposal. As needed, instructional design consultation and/or other technologist consultation will be required before submitting a full proposal (details and instruction on the full-proposal process will be provided). Proposals involving more than one department or unit should submit jointly.

October 11- Pre-proposals due to Dean or Summer Dean
October 21 – Pre-proposals due to Provost’s Office by 5pm
November 4 – Selected pre-proposals invited to submit full proposals
November – Consultations as required/needed
December 9 – Full proposals due by 5pm
December 23- Awards announced
