Down in Animal Sciences, they celebrate Dairy Month with good taste(s)

cheesetastingeFifteen tasty Wisconsin artisan cheeses were available for sampling in the Animal Sciences lobby last Thursday during a celebration of June Dairy Month. The event was  sponsored by the Departments of Animal Sciences and Dairy Science and the Babcock Institute. Generous donations of goat, sheep and cow milk cheese were provided by Scott Rankin, UW-Food Science; Sid Cook, Carr Valley Cheese; and Animal Sciences’ and Babcock Institute’s employees Joan Parrish and Karen Nielsen.
