Down in Animal Sciences, they celebrate Dairy Month with good taste(s)

cheesetastingeFifteen tasty Wisconsin artisan cheeses were available for sampling in the Animal Sciences lobby last Thursday during a celebration of June Dairy Month. The event was ¬†sponsored by the Departments of Animal Sciences and Dairy Science and the Babcock Institute. Generous donations of goat, sheep and cow milk cheese were provided by Scott Rankin, UW-Food Science; Sid Cook, Carr Valley Cheese; and Animal Sciences’ and Babcock Institute’s employees Joan Parrish and Karen Nielsen.
