Info sessions next week on UW HR Design Project

HR Design project leaders will hold a series of information sessions on the implementation of the HR Design Project plan. The information sessions will include a presentation by project leaders and a question and answer period.

The first session is scheduled for Monday, March 11 from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. in Union South. A session is also set for Tuesday, March 12 from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Gordon Dining & Events Center. A third session is scheduled to accommodate second and third shift workers. It will be held on Wednesday, March 13 from 11 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. at the Health Sciences Learning Center.

The presentation portion of all three sessions will be facilitated in English, Spanish, Tibetan and Hmong with interpretation services provided for the question and answer periods.  In addition, facilitation and interpretation will be provided in Mandarin Chinese for the late night session.

All university employees are welcome to attend without loss of pay. Employees are required to schedule their attendance with their supervisor if they wish to attend.
