After 21,000 cheese sandwiches, CALS students know the drill—and the grill

The seriously long lines at World Dairy Expo are not made up of people waiting to see the million-dollar cows, the robot milkers or the cow waterbeds.  They’re waiting next to the giant globe, between the coliseum and the arena, for the best deal on the grounds: $2 grilled cheese sandwiches and $1 shakes, courtesy of the Badger Dairy Club. It takes plenty of planning and a lot of help to serve more than 21,000 of them over the course of a week. In this video, CALS student Jordan Riley discusses his role in managing the student-lead fundraiser.
