Dave Bohnhoff, professor in the Department of Biological Systems Engineering, was presented with the Evelyn E. Rosentreter Standards Award at a recent meeting of the American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers. The award recognizes distinguished research and standards development work in advancement of the design and construction of post-frame building systems, and for his outstanding accomplishments in teaching and service to the profession. In presenting the award, ASABE noted that Bohnhoff has provided leadership in the development of engineering standards and their eventual adoption into the International Building Code.
