This is what a candy school looks like

Last Friday was the end of a couple of sweet weeks on campus. Candymakers from around the nation were here from July 15–27 for the 50th annual Resident Course in Confectionery Technology, commonly known as the “candy school.” The course involves an interesting mix of people, processing and products, which you can see for yourself by visiting the school’s Facebook page and its Shutterfly photo page.
