About a dozen people from the State Capitol were on campus Wednesday to get information about two CALS building initiatives. The visitors included Sen. Terry Moulton, Sen. Mary Lazich, Rep Gordon Hintz, Sen Fred Risser and Rep Brett Husley and staffers. They came to tour the Center for Dairy Research/Babcock Hall and the Meat and Muscle Biology Laboratory, guided by Don Nelson, UW-Madisn Director of State Relations. There are initiatives underway to for remodeling and adding to the Babcock Hall dairy plant and CDR labs and to building a new meat science research and instructional facility.This entry was posted in Extension and Outreach by .
