Bucky’s Butchery is now accepting orders for Holiday Smoked Bone-In Hams. The Hams will be ready for pick up between 12/14 and 12/22 upon your request.
The last day for orders is Wednesday, December 7th.
- $3.00/lb Whole Smoked Bone-In Ham (~18-20 lbs)
- $3.25/lb Half Smoked Bone-In Ham
Anyone interested in a ham can either place an order by email to MeatLab@ansci.wisc.edu or by filling out this order form and dropping it off on site. The store is located in the Meat and Muscle Biology Building at 1805 Linden Drive. Please email the meat lab with any questions.
