Badger Meat Science Club will be having a Brat Cookout and Open House on July 11th

This unique 2 hour event includes:

• Free meal featuring grilled UW Meat Lab brats
• Discussion of the evolution of the Meat Industry pre-Great Depression to present
• Behind the scenes look at the UW Meat Laboratory

When:  Monday, July 11th, 2011 at 6 p.m.
Where:  University of Wisconsin Meat Lab, 1805 Linden Dr., Madison, WI
How Much: FREE!
