Dr. Charles Cleland, USDA SBIR National Program Leader will be presenting the webinar and will available to answer your questions. Dr. Cleland is one of six National Program Leaders with responsibility for different technology priorities within the USDA National Institute of Food and Agriculture. Dr. Cleland will be joined by Ms. Pat Dillon and Mr. Dave Linz, WEN, who will discuss the resources and capabilities available in Wisconsin to support USDA SBIR applicants.
