Forum on public authority’s impact on the Wisconsin Idea – March 30

CALS will host a public forum to explore the implications of the UW’s public authority status for the Wisconsin Idea. The free forum, titled “What would public authority mean for the Wisconsin Idea?,” will take place from 4 – 5:30 p.m. on Mar. 30 in room 22 Ingraham Hall.

Panelists include Dennis Dresang, emeritus professor at the LaFollete Institute; Richard Klemme, dean of UW Cooperative Extension; Jim Munsch, Wisconsin farmer; Michael Bell, professor of community and environmental sociology; Katherine Cramer Walsh, professor of political science. Horticulture professor Irwin Goldman will moderate the discussion.
