Jon Standridge, retired WSLH water microbiology supervisor, shares his stories of growing up on Madison’s lakes and discusses the public health issues facing these beautiful natural resources. In addition to his 30+ years of scientific service at the WSLH, Jon is the former president of the Madison Water Utility Board of Commissioners and former chair of the Madison Commission on the Environment. He is actively involved in public and private sector environmental consulting work.
