Webcast available: Endocrine disruptors from cattle and dairy farms

Sonya Havens, a Ph.D. Candidate in the UW Environmental Chemistry & Technology Program, discussed recent research conducted by the Wisconsin State Laboratory of Hygene on endocrine disruptors (hormones and hormone metabolites) in runoff from cattle and dairy farms. Endocrine disruptors are an important area of research as scientists at the WSLH and worldwide continue to study the implications of endocrine disruption on fisheries.

This presentation was given on March 11, 2010 at the Wisconsin State Laboratory of Hygiene.
