Wisconsin Space Grant Consortium announces 2010-2011 grant opportunities and programs

The Wisconsin Space Grant Consortium (WSGC) has recently released information about its grant programs for 2010-2011.

The WSGC is a NASA-funded program that provides tens of thousands of competitively awarded grant dollars to, among others, undergraduate and graduate students, faculty, and K-12 teachers each year.

Please visit the WSGC’s website at for opportunities and details. As noted in the WSGC Director’s announcement of these programs,

“…these grants and programs are not limited to mathematics, science and engineering, but are available and have been awarded on topics spanning a wide range. The knowledge required to explore space includes not only science, engineering and math, but also psychology, government, business and many other disciplines.”

Please contact Becky Bound in the CALS Research Division, or (608) 265-8443, if you are interested in applying for these programs.
