DoIT will deactivate NetID-related service accounts (i.e., My UW, WiscMail, WiscCal and dial access) for non-eligible students, faculty and staff on Tuesday, April 7, 2009. People who are valid students or who have valid appointments with the University should not see their service affected.

There is now an automated, self-service method for users to request a grace period or contest eligibility.   DoIT will send out a pre-notification message on Tuesday, March 31 because the new NetID Deactivation Assistant will allow users to request a grace period prior to actual deactivation.
