The following email from Procure-to-Pay Automation Project was sent out on February 25:
If you are an MDS Account Holder, you will soon see changes to Shop@UW. We will transition to ShopUW+ in mid-April. ShopUW+ will be your single point of entry for MDS orders, requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, and invoices. The cloud-based platform will let you:
- See the status of orders and payment requests
- Work more efficiently with electronic approvals
- Easily access supporting documentation
- Submit traditional requisitions, direct payments (DPs) and payments to individuals (PIRs) electronically, if permissioned
Starting mid-April, you will use your Campus ID to log into ShopUW+ (not your MD login). Watch for updates on next steps and information to support your transition from Shop@UW to ShopUW+.
Training will be available in April. Learn more about ShopUW+ on the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Automation project website and check out the video library. We’ll be reaching out to you when demos are available to you in the video library. If you have questions, please submit them through the project website.
