Meat Cookery: The Do’s and Don’ts — Sept. 12

The Badger Meat Science Club is announcing our first “Meet at the Meat Lab” event of the fall semester! On Monday, September 12th, at 6 pm in the Meat Lab, we will be discussing and demonstrating several cooking methods for various meat cuts. A professional chef will also be joining us to add to the discussion, and there will be lots of sampling! The fee is $20, and registration is required by Friday, 9/9.
