First launched here, “grandparents universities” are catching on

“First launched at the University of Wisconsin-Madison 10 years ago, Grandparents Universities are now offered by dozens of schools. Several have started offering the summer program in the past couple of years,” according to this article in USA Today.

A quote from the article: “Dairy science is very popular here,” says Kate Dixon of the Wisconsin Alumni Association. “They’ll learn about cheeses and hang out with the cows to learn how all of that works.”
