The Minorities in Agriculture, Natural Resources, and Related Sciences (MANRRS) organization will be conducting its national Training Conference and Career Fair in Denver, CO from March 27-29. This is an opportunity to meet potentially outstanding Minority Masters and Ph.D. candidates, as more than 60 MANRRS Chapters, including the UW-Madison chapter, will be in attendance.
There is an opportunity to participate as an exhibitor during the conference. To register for a booth at the conference, you must fill out the registration information by January 15. There will be several folks from UW-Madison attending, and there is an opportunity to share booth space. If interested, please contact Tom Browne (firstname.lastname@example.org), Assistant Dean in Undergraduate Programs and Services and the UW-Madison MANRRS chapter advisor, or Carmela Diosana (email@example.com), of the Nelson Institute, who will be coordinating the UW-Madison presence at the conference. Even if you cannot attend, you may send materials with the group that is going.
To learn more about MANRRS and to see the conference information, including the exhibitor information, a web site at www.manrrs.org will be available soon.
