Please attend “The Science of Halloween Candy: The Tricks in Making the Treats,” presented by CALS food scientist Rich Hartel as part of the Wednesday Night at the Lab series. October 31, 7 p.m. in Room 1360 Genetics/Biotechnology Center, 425 Henry Mall. Admission is free and so is the parking in Lot 20 at 1390 University Avenue, right next to the Biotech Center.
