A listening session will be held on Wednesday, October 18, 2006, in Room 260 Bascom Hall for faculty, staff and students to meet with Remote Sensing/GIS Technology Curriculum Task Force committee members to discuss curricular needs. As many of you know, several key GIS and remote sensing faculty have recently retired. Our goal on October 18 is to hear your ideas about campus curricular needs, potential strategies for enhancing undergraduate and graduate training, and available resources. Come prepared to help us think outside the box.

Two sessions will be offered: 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.; and 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. in Room 260 Bascom Hall. Feel free to attend either session and stay as long as your schedule allows. Questionnaires will be available for those who prefer to share their thoughts on paper.
