WARF offering grants for projects that showcase UW innovation
In honor of its 90th anniversary celebration, the Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation (WARF) is going to fund up to five projects that help tell the story of the UW–Madison’s legacy of innovation.
Projects should appeal beyond a single department or school and could include lectures, art exhibits, technology workshops or historical retrospectives. They should address one or more of the following themes: research, discovery, commercialization and investment. More details are available in this UW-Madison news release.
Faculty, staff and students from all disciplines are encouraged to submit proposals for up to $1,000 by June 1.
Grant proposals will be reviewed by a committee of WARF staff and campus faculty. Up to five winners will be announced by June 15.
