From A to Z: Help CALS assemble a CALS Photo Alphabet
Do you have a digital camera or a smart phone that takes pictures? That’s all you need to help the CALS Office of External Relations assemble a CALS Photo Alphabet!
The goal of this collaborative project is to compile a set of photos that depict all of the letters of the alphabet—from A to Z—taken of plants, architectural elements and other things on the CALS campus or our affiliated research station grounds.
This is an all-hands-on-deck effort that we hope will involve students, staff, faculty, alumni and friends of the college. And it’s easy to participate: All we’re asking is, as you walk across the CALS campus or ARS grounds, that you please keep your eyes peeled for “hidden letters” and send photos of them to pix@cals.wisc.edu.
The Office of External Relations will be collecting photos all throughout the winter, spring, summer and fall, with the goal that all of the seasons be represented in the alphabet. The idea is to use the letters to spell messages in CALS promotional materials.
We’re eager to see what letters you find! Please send your photos to pix@cals.wisc.edu and help spread the word by downloading and posting this CALS Photo Alphabet flyer.
Thanks in advance for your help,
CALS Office of External Relations
