Kathy Glass named fellow of International Association for Food Protection

Kathy Glass, associate director of the Food Research Institute, will be named an International Association for Food Protection fellow this week during the IAFP’s annual meeting. The recognition is based on her many contributions to the IAFP and for advancing food safety through her research and work at the Food Research Institute.
